All communal spaces are included in a full property buyout, including the Treehouse and the Henhouse, giving your group shared places to gather, connect, and make memories together.

All UTVs on the property are included in a full buyout, giving your entire group the freedom to explore, ride, and experience J3 at the Gap together.

A supportive, on-site team is available to help bring your vision to life. Just give us a heads up on your plans, and whether it’s a wedding, family gathering, bachelor party, or special event, we’ll do our very best to accommodate your needs.
